Lifetime on the structure, three years on wear items, thirty days to change your mind.
What the lifetime warranty covers
Every structural component of the cover for as long as you own it: the aluminum panels, the frame, the hinges and the latch mechanism. If any of them fail under normal use we repair or replace the cover. No registration is required and we do not ask you to produce the original receipt.
What is covered for three years
Seals, gaskets, gas struts, lock cylinders and the powder-coat finish are wear items. They are covered for three years from the delivery date. After that, replacement seals and cylinders are available as accessories.
What is not covered
Damage from a collision, from point-loading the cover (standing a jack on it, for example), from exceeding the stated load rating, or from modifying the cover. Normal cosmetic wear such as light scratching from loading gear is also not covered.
Thirty day returns
If the cover is not right for any reason, tell us inside thirty days of delivery. We arrange a free return pickup and refund you in full once it is back with us. The cover needs to be in resaleable condition, which for a clamp-on cover with no drilling required is almost always the case.
How to make a claim
Call or email with your order details and a photo of the problem. We aim to tell you what happens next within one business day. Most claims are resolved by shipping a replacement part rather than the whole cover, which is faster for you.
