Installing your cover
Every cover clamps to the factory bed rails. There is no drilling, no cutting and nothing that cannot be undone in five minutes.

Unbox and check the kit
Lay the cover on a blanket beside the truck. Confirm the clamp set, the gasket runs and the two keys are all in the box.

Set the gasket
Press the EPDM gasket onto the bulkhead and both bed rails. Clean the surface first so the adhesive grabs properly.

Position the cover
With a second person, lower the cover onto the bed rails and slide it forward until it meets the bulkhead gasket evenly on both sides.

Clamp and torque
Hand-tighten each clamp under the bed rail, check the panel sits square, then torque with a 10 mm wrench. Test the lock and the seal before you drive.
