The terms that apply when you order from us.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a cover does not fit the truck you described, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Fitment is your measurement, checked by us
Covers are cut to a specific bed length. We will confirm fitment from the year, make, model and bed length you give us, but we can only work from what you send. If you are unsure, send a measurement rather than the manufacturer bed name. Getting this right before you order is free and takes minutes.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in one to two business days. Longer covers ship freight rather than parcel and take longer. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, in resaleable condition, with a free return pickup and a full refund. Because the covers clamp on and require no drilling, returning one rarely leaves a mark on the product.
Warranty
The lifetime structural warranty and the three year wear-item warranty are set out in full on the warranty page and form part of these terms.
Installation and use
The covers are designed for owner installation with basic hand tools. Load ratings stated on each product page assume an evenly distributed load. Point-loading a cover, exceeding the rating, or modifying the cover voids the warranty and may be unsafe.
Liability
We are responsible for the cover being as described and free from manufacturing defects. We are not liable for damage to cargo, indirect loss, or loss arising from incorrect installation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
