What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the truck details you provide. When you place an order, our payment processor collects your billing and shipping address. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To confirm which cover fits your truck, to answer your question, to fulfil and ship your order, and to contact you about your enquiry or order. If you ask us a fitment question we may follow up about it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions and order details are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Site traffic is measured with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
We use a first-party tracking script to understand which pages lead to enquiries, so we know what is useful and what is not. It records the pages you visit on this site and how you arrived. We also use analytics cookies. You can block these in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes, since warranty claims can arrive years later.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Credentials for our CRM and payment processor are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment card data at all, which removes the largest risk.
